Terms of Service
Effective date: 19.10.2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you (the "Customer", "you") and the operator of PWA Hub, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine (the "Provider", "we", "us"), which operates pwahub.org. They govern your use of the PWA Hub software, licenses, customer portal, documentation and related services (together, the "Services").
By creating an account, activating a license or using the Software you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Business customers only
The Services are intended for businesses and professionals. By accepting these Terms you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you act in the course of your trade, business or profession, and that you are not a consumer within the meaning of applicable consumer protection law. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company.
2. What we provide
2.1. Software. PWA Hub is a self-hosted software stack for building and operating progressive web applications (PWAs), landing pages, traffic distribution, push notifications and statistics. The Software is delivered as a distribution that you install on your own server with our installer.
2.2. Hosting is not included. We do not host your installation, your PWAs, your landing pages, your domains or the traffic to them. All of that runs on infrastructure that you choose, control and pay for. We have no access to the data stored in your installation except as described in section 8.
2.3. Customer portal. The portal at dash.pwahub.org lets you manage your account, licenses, orders and installation commands.
2.4. Updates and documentation. While your license is active you receive updates of the Software. Documentation is available at docs.pwahub.org. We may add, change or remove features of the Software; we announce material changes in advance in the release notes or by email.
2.5. Support. We provide reasonable support by email and through the documentation. Support is provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed response times unless otherwise agreed in writing. On request we can also help you install the Software on your server; the terms of such help are agreed separately, and it does not make us the operator of your server.
3. Account
3.1. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. Your email address must be verified before the account can be used.
3.2. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us without delay at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
3.3. You may invite other people to use your installation under your own rules. They are not parties to these Terms, and you remain responsible for their actions.
4. Trial
We may offer a free trial license with limited features. One trial is available per customer, organization and server. We may refuse, limit or end a trial at any time without notice, in particular when we detect repeated trials on the same server or the same organization. Trial licenses carry no obligation on our part and no right to a refund.
5. Plans, fees and payment
5.1. Paid plans, their limits and prices are shown in the customer portal at the time of purchase. Prices are stated in US dollars and do not include taxes, duties or payment network fees, which are your responsibility.
5.2. Fees are paid in advance for the chosen billing period (monthly or yearly). Payment is processed by our payment provider CoinGate in cryptocurrency. The payment transaction itself is subject to CoinGate's terms. We do not receive or store your wallet details.
5.3. A license is issued or extended once the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Until then no license is owed.
5.4. No automatic renewal. Because payments are made in cryptocurrency, we cannot charge you automatically. We will remind you by email before your license expires. If the next period is not paid by the expiry date, the license expires and the Software stops functioning as described in section 7.
5.5. We may change prices. A price change applies only to periods purchased after the change was published in the customer portal.
5.6. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. License
6.1. Grant. Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run one copy of the Software on your own infrastructure for your internal business purposes during the license period, within the limits of your plan.
6.2. One installation per license. A license is bound to one installation (one server and one domain). Moving the installation to another server or domain requires resetting the binding through the customer portal or support.
6.3. Your own branding. You may apply your own branding to the panel and let your team members and your own clients use your installation. This does not permit you to resell, rent, sublicense or otherwise distribute the Software itself.
6.4. Restrictions. You may not: (a) copy, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the Software or its components; (b) decompile, decrypt, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of protected parts of the Software; (c) remove, disable, circumvent or tamper with license verification, update mechanisms or any technical protection; (d) use a license key that was not issued to you; (e) use the Software to build a competing product; (f) use the Software after the license has expired or been terminated.
6.5. Ownership. The Software, documentation, installer, portal and all related intellectual property remain the property of the Provider and its licensors. Open-source components included in the Software are licensed under their own terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
6.6. Feedback. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
7. License verification
7.1. The Software periodically confirms the license with our servers and sends technical information about the installation and usage counters. The content of your PWAs, landing pages, visitor data and statistics is never sent.
7.2. If the license is expired, suspended or terminated, the Software stops functioning until a valid license is confirmed. Your data stays on your server; we never delete it. We may deactivate a license remotely in the cases described in these Terms.
7.3. We may suspend or terminate a license immediately if you breach section 6 or section 9, if a payment is reversed or found fraudulent, or if we are required to do so by law or by a provider of our infrastructure.
8. Your data and support access
8.1. Everything you create or collect with the Software, including PWAs, landing pages, domains, push subscribers, visitors and statistics, is your data. It is stored on your server and you are its controller. We do not receive it, host it or back it up.
8.2. Support, including help with installation, may require temporary access to your server or installation. Such access is used only at your request, only for the purpose you agreed to, and never to copy your data.
8.3. Backups, security, access control and legal compliance of your server are your responsibility.
9. Acceptable use and your responsibility
9.1. You are responsible for your use. The Software is a tool. You alone decide what applications, pages, offers and traffic sources you work with, and you are solely responsible for them. This includes, without limitation:
(a) the legality of your content, offers and advertising in every country you target, including any licenses or registrations required for the products and services you promote, in particular regulated ones (for example financial services, health products or age-restricted products);
(b) compliance with the rules of every advertising network, traffic source, app store and platform you use, and with the terms of every third-party service you connect to your installation;
(c) the privacy of your visitors and push subscribers: providing the required notices, obtaining consent where required, and honoring their rights;
(d) the actions of your team members, clients and anyone else you allow to use your installation.
9.2. Prohibited use. You may not use the Services to: distribute malware, spyware or unwanted software; engage in phishing or theft of credentials or payment data; impersonate another person, company or application in a way that violates their rights or the law; infringe copyrights, trademarks or other rights; publish content that is illegal in the country where it is published or where its audience is; exploit or endanger minors; violate export control or sanctions laws; attack, overload or probe our infrastructure or that of third parties; or otherwise break applicable law.
9.3. Abuse reports. If a third party, an infrastructure provider or an authority complains about your installation in a way that affects us, we will notify you, ask you for an explanation and give you a reasonable time to respond. We may suspend the license until the matter is resolved only if the infrastructure provider or the law requires it, or if you do not respond.
9.4. Indemnity. You will defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, fines, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from your content, your campaigns, your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms, including claims brought by your visitors, advertising networks, rights holders or authorities.
10. Third-party services
The Software integrates with services operated by third parties. You use them under your own accounts and their own terms, and you pay for them yourself. We are not a party to those agreements, we do not control those services and we are not responsible for their availability, changes or decisions, including the suspension of your accounts with them.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the license servers, update servers and portal available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages and attacks may cause downtime. The Software is designed so that short outages of our servers do not affect your installation.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Software will produce any particular business result, revenue, conversions or approval by any platform.
13. Limitation of liability
13.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost traffic, account bans on third-party platforms or business interruption, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.2. Our total liability under or in connection with these Terms for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount of fees you paid to us in that period.
13.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
14. Term and termination
14.1. These Terms apply as long as you have an account or an active license.
14.2. You may stop using the Services at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to [email protected]. Fees already paid are not refunded except as set out in the Refund Policy.
14.3. We may terminate these Terms and your licenses with immediate effect in the cases listed in section 7.3, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason, in which case we will refund the unused part of the current period on a pro-rata basis.
14.4. On termination all licenses end, the Software stops functioning as described in section 7, and sections 6.4, 6.5, 9.4, 12, 13, 16 and 17 survive.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version at pwahub.org and, for material changes, notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree with the changes you may terminate under section 14.2 before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The parties will first try to settle any dispute amicably by written negotiation within 30 days. Any dispute that is not settled is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine.
17. General
17.1. These Terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and replace any earlier agreements.
17.2. You may not assign these Terms or any license without our written consent. We may assign them to a successor of our business.
17.3. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
17.4. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
17.5. These Terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience only. In case of a conflict the English version prevails.
