It forms part of our Terms of Service.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2>1. Try before you buy\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>We offer a free trial so that you can test the software on your own server before paying. Please use the trial to make sure that the software fits your needs and works in your environment. Paid plans are for business customers and are not subject to consumer withdrawal rights.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2>2. Payments are final\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>Licenses are paid in advance for a monthly or yearly period in cryptocurrency through our payment provider CoinGate. Once a payment is confirmed and the license is issued or extended, the payment is final. We do not refund:\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>unused time or the remaining part of a billing period;\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>a change of mind, or a decision to stop using the software;\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>problems caused by your server, hosting provider, domains, network or third-party services connected to your installation;\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>suspension or bans of your accounts at advertising networks, platforms or other third parties;\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>a license that was suspended or terminated because of a breach of the Terms of Service;\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>the difference in exchange rate between the time of payment and any later date.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003C\u002Ful>\n\u003Ch2>3. When we do refund\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>We will refund a payment if:\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>the same order was paid twice;\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>the payment was confirmed but the license was not issued or extended within 24 hours and we are unable to fix this;\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>we charged an amount that does not match the price shown at checkout.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003C\u002Ful>\n\u003Cp>Requests must be sent to sales@pwahub.org within 14 days of the payment and must include the order number, the date and the amount paid.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2>4. How refunds are made\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>Refunds are made in cryptocurrency to a wallet address that you provide, in the amount of the US dollar value of the original payment at the time of the refund, less network fees. We process approved refunds within 14 days of approval. We cannot send refunds to a bank card or bank account, because no such payment was received.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2>5. Cancellation\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>Licenses do not renew automatically. If you do not want to continue, simply do not pay for the next period: your license remains active until the end of the period you have paid for and then expires. You may also ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to sales@pwahub.org.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2>6. Termination by us\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>If we terminate your license for reasons other than your breach of the Terms of Service, we refund the unused part of the current period on a pro-rata basis.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2>7.
